Adding special characters to your website can sometimes become tricky.  Some editors interpret the code correctly and some don’t.  And sometimes everything looks fine on your computer then when you upload the page to your website, the characters are all wrong.

So the best way to insert them is to use the entity numbers or entity names in your codes directly.  Don’t rely on your editor especially if you’re having problems.
